Sustainable sleeper bus touring with HVO fuel
Australian pop-rock legends Lime Cordiale are on tour in Europe this month in a Vans For Bands Premium Sleeper Bus filming a documentary about the challenges of touring sustainably. They plan to complete a month-long European sleeper bus tour refuelling only with HVO (Hydro-treated Vegetable Oil) fuel. HVO can be used as a direct replacement for diesel in many of our sleeper buses and splitter vans. It produces significantly less CO2, NOx and particulate emissions than mineral diesel and is an important stepping stone technology to help bands and artists tour more sustainably.
