VFB offer a number of extra services and options to cover all your touring needs:
Drivers
We have a network of tried and tested, experienced drivers (with B + E category licence) who can drive for you on your hire allowing you to relax and focus on the show ahead.
Winter Tyres & Snow Chains
Winter tyres are now a legal requirement for vehicles traveling in Austria (1 Nov – 15 Apr), Finland (1 Dec – 28 Feb), Sweden (1 Dec – 31 Mar) and Germany (when conditions dictate). We can fit a set of winter tyres to your vehicle for £5 + VAT per day. Snow chains can be supplied for £5 + VAT per day.
Backline Hire
VFB can offer backline hire at fantastic rates as part of your transportation package through our backline partners Get Hire in London. We have access to a comprehensive inventory of musical equipment and as part of the service backline will be delivered and loaded into the splitter van free of charge prior to collection and vice versa at the end of the hire.
PARKING & 24 HOUR DROP OFF
We provide 24 hour drop off at our Oxford, East London and Heathrow sites so that you can return your splitter van at whatever time of day is most convenient to you. We offer FREE parking for hirers at our Oxford site and paid for parking at our Heathrow site. There is currently no parking available at our East London site.
EUROPE WIDE DELIVERY / COLLECTION
We offer delivery / collection of splitter vans throughout the UK and Europe. Get in touch for a quote.
excess reductions & waivers
VFB offers the option of reducing your insurance excess and/or waiving your excess for tyre and windscreen damage. Please ask us for more details.
