It is important that hirers are available at the pre-agreed drop-off/pick-up time. A VFB driver will aim to arrive at the drop-off/pick-up location 30 mins before the pick-up time to take into account bad traffic, accidents, etc and we kindly request that hirers also build in extra time to cover travel delays.
In the event hirers are more than 30 minutes late we will need to charge a waiting time fee of £25 + VAT per hour on a pro-rata basis from the pre-agreed delivery/collection time. If you can provide more than 3 hours’ notice by calling the driver and advising them of a delay then no waiting time fee will be charged.
