

How to Book . . .
1) In order to hire a splitter bus from us, drivers must be 25 years or over and have held an EU license for at least 2 years.*
2) To confirm a booking we require a deposit of 10% of the hire fee. Deposits for bookings cancelled within 14 days of the start of the hire period are liable to be forfeited.
3) The hire fee, plus a £500 deposit, are due at the start of the hire. The latter is to cover the insurance excess in the event of the splitter bus being damaged. We accept cash, cheque, all major credit cards, or BACs transfer as forms of payment.
4) A valid driving licence must be produced at the start of every hire (we will retain a photocopy) for each driver. For the new photo licences both parts must be produced. We will also need to see a second proof of identity (passport, utility bill, etc) for the principal hirer.
5) The hire period is 24 hours. Vehicles may be picked up from 10am and should be returned by 10am the next day.
6) Our insurers levy a European insurance surcharge of £15.75 per day which we collect on their behalf when a vehicle is being taken out of the UK. This is added to the hire fee.

*Please Note that in order to drive our 11 seater buses it is a legal requirement for drivers to have
C1 and D1 categories on their licenses (you should have these automatically if you passed your test
before July 1st 1997).
